Another Edit: To encourage discussion, a second prize has been added. The person who I feel contributes the most to the solving of this (via comments) will also receive a prize of $25 USD, even if he/she doesn’t come up with the correct answer. This is determined solely by me, and will only be given out if I feel someone has contributed. The winner may very well receive this prize too if the discussion I see warrants it.

No, however a good understanding of the fermilab code may help you out a little bit here… the code is very different, but some of the thought processes may steer you in the right thinking direction.

Are those I’s (i’s) or 1’s (ones)? Binary? Statistics/logistics? Does the “message” translate to a spoken language? English?

I made a little spreadsheet to represent each 3 character grouping as numbers… unfortunately, I didn’t deduce much from it yet :p Maybe it will help someone else …

Hmm… take a look at your arbitrary number assignments, and see if you can’t fine some sort of a better system for them. Maybe make a copy of that spreadsheet and make it editable?

I keep coming back to look at this. It’s intriguing. I feel clueless. I am tinkering but not coming up with much. I am excited about finding out the answer - assuming that’ll ever happen!
